Career

Lea Kemayou joined GATE Avocats in 2025 as a corporate and M&A lawyer. She primarily advises French and international companies on disposals, acquisitions and restructurings, as well as general corporate law and governance matters.

Lea also advises stakeholders in the sports industry (federations, leagues, clubs, athletes, sponsors, broadcasters and investors) on their legal issues.

Before joining GATE Avocats, Lea was an associate at international law firms Dechert LLP (Paris) and A&O Shearman (Paris).
